We will provide you with either comparable details of firms most appropriate to your lending or purchase requirements or general information relating to finance products. In assessing your requirements we may seek such information about your personal circumstances and objectives as might be relevant in order to enable us to identify your needs. It is important that you provide us with accurate and relevant information. You will not receive advice, or a recommendation from us, but we may ask questions to narrow down the selection of firms offered, from which you can more easily make your own choice if you so wish.
As an Financial Conduct Authority regulated credit broker we can introduce you to a range of lenders who may be able to help you finance your vehicle and provide other products/services.
As a Financial Conduct Authority regulated credit broker, we may introduce you to a range of finance providers who may be able to help you finance your vehicle and provide other products/services, such as vehicle maintenance and servicing packages.
We will only offer products from a carefully selected panel of finance providers. We will not refer you outside of this panel without your consent. You can ask us for a list of the suppliers who provide our finance and insurance products. All the products we offer are optional.
We may receive a commission or other benefits from one of our finance providers should you decide to enter into an agreement with them as a result of our introduction or, from another credit broker to whom we refer you should we be unable to arrange funding for you. This is reflected in the monthly lease rate that you pay for your vehicle. The amount of commission received may vary depending on the funder selected, the terms of the funding and other criteria, such as achieving high levels of customer service. We charge a fee of for our Business contract hire and personal contract hire of £300 including VAT respectively. We are a commission and fee based organisation which means that we may receive a payment(s) or other benefits from finance providers should you decide to enter into an agreement with us. These fees may be variable or pre-set dependent on the product and the volume that we place with the chosen supplier.

Service Charge - We charge a service charge of £300 inc VAT for our services. The service charge is the broker fee charged by Embrace Leasing for our service and represents the costs incurred for arranging the sale, ordering the vehicle, arranging the finance and organising delivery of the vehicle. This service charge is payable by debit or credit card or by BACs payment and is taken once finance approval has been received, along with all relevant paperwork signed by yourself instructing us to place an order on your behalf.
Contract Extension – At the end of your contract agreement and subject to approval by the finance provider, you may be able to extend your contract. Embrace Leasing will charge a contract extension arrangement fee of £300 inc VAT for a six-month extension and £300 inc. VAT for a 12-month extension. The contract extension fee is payable by debit or credit card or by BACs payment and will be taken on receipt of your signed finance documentation detailing the amendment. The Financial Conduct Authority may not regulate other services we offer, however the Financial Ombudsman Services has now been extended to handle some complaints under the Consumer Credit Act.

In the unlikely event that a complaint remained unresolved after 8 weeks from the date it was made, you may be able to refer it to the Financial Ombudsman Service (FOS), dependent upon the nature of your complaint. As with all firms directly authorised by FCA, Embrace Corporation Limited is covered by the FSCS. This is the body established to operate and administer the compensation scheme, set up by major insurance companies, to compensate consumers when authorised firms are unable, or likely to be able, to satisfy claims against them. Insurance advising and arranging is covered for 100% of the first £2000 and 90% of the remainder of the claim without any upper limit.
